The client dashboard that came before this was thin, and dated to look at on top of it. There was no way to actually manage an investment: no statistics or data to judge whether an apartment was worth buying or how an existing one was performing, and no visibility into where a property stood in the process, whether it was still being renovated or rimmo was out looking for a tenant. Investors were mostly in the dark about their own money.

A dashboard built around the numbers investors actually need: live portfolio value, cashflow, and ROI, a per-property status showing exactly where it sits in the process, and a browsable feed of new offers with the data to judge them before buying. I also added a document library so contracts and paperwork are easy to find, and a one-click way to book a call with an advisor.
